Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Cheltuielile de transport sunt suportate de catre firma noastra doar in cazul produselor defecte din fabricatie.

Cumparatorului se va  rambursa contravaloarea produsului ,inclusiv taxele de livrare, cu exceptia costurilor suplimentare determinate de faptul ca cumparatorul a ales alta modalitate de livrare decat cel mai ieftin tip de livrare standard oferit de vanzator (Posta Romana), in maxim 15 zile de la data notificarii de retragere din prezentul contract. Rambursarea poate fi amanata pana la data la care vanzatorul receptioneaza produsele. 

Taxa retur transport este de 20 lei.

Toate produsele pe care le returnezi trebuie sa fie in aceeasi stare in care le-ai primit. Nu putem accepta produsele asupra carora au fost efectuate interventii neautorizate sau care au fost deteriorate de catre tine: urme de uzura sau folosire excesiva, zgarieturi, ciobituri, lovituri, socuri mecanice / electrice; de asemenea, nu putem accepta produsele care nu sunt insotite de toate accesoriile.

 Daca produsele pe care ti le-am livrat au fost insotite de eventuale cadouri, cand returnezi produsele trebuie sa returnezi si cadourile.

 Daca ati beneficiat de transport gratuit pentru unul sau mai multe produse si doriti sa le returnati (fara ca produsul sa aiba un defect din fabricatie), transportul trebuie suportat de catre dvs. (Inclusiv transportul tur, transportul produsului de la expeditor la beneficiar).

ATENTIE! La returnare, nu acceptam colete cu plata ramburs. Contravaloarea comenzii se va achita in termen de maxim 15 zile, doar dupa ce este verificata starea in care produsele au fost returnate. 

Consumatorul este responsabil doar pentru diminuarea valorii produselor care rezulta din manipulari, altele decât cele necesare pentru determinarea naturii, calitatilor si functionarii produselor. Daca produsul este returnat intr-o stare in care nu mai poate fi vandut ca nou, ne rezervam dreptul de a solicita o taxa pentru readucerea in stadiul initial (daca este posibil) sau pentru a acoperi diferenta de pret rezultata din vanzarea produsului ca second-hand sau, la optiunea clientului, ii vom reexpedia produsul, pe cheltuiala acestuia. Acesta clauza se aplica conf. Ordonantei de urgenta nr. 34/2014, in cazul achizitionarii de produse din acest site folosind tehnicile de comunicare la distanta, aplicandu-se definitiile cuprinse in Ordonanta urgenta nr. 34/2014.
